A great looking Windows mobile. Very innovative use of a slider mechanism. Sharp’s Windows Mobile smartphone incorporates HSDPA (3.6MB/s) as well as WiFi b/g and Bluetooth 1.2 and is powered by Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PC Phone Edition. Furthermore, it’s sporting a 4.1″ 800×640 pixel WVGA screen and a pretty unique dual-sliding mechanism which opens bidirectional. Check out Sharps site for a great overall look – pretty impressive, and dare I say it, seems better than the iPhone!
Featuring a NVIDIA GoForce 5500 graphics chip and a Marvell PXA 270 main CPU at 520 MHz, the EM ONE includes 128 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM as well as a 1.3 megapixel camera on the back. According to Sharp, the 140×18.9×70mm sized and 250g weighing devices constantly operates 4 hours.
