And burn in doesn't normally happen even the TV station logos aren't bright enough to do this. Watching TV and using a PC is a hugely different thing I think. Refresh rates - plasma is almost like CRT screens - instant. I had no idea there were Plasma PC screens.

I have two laptops with LCD screens and a 2nd SAMPO monitor with a plasma screen. I can't look at the plasma screen for more than an hour because my eyes start to sting, this is not the case with either plasma screens. This is probably something to do with the refresh rates and how the images are displayed. The plasma screen can burn, which is a bad point as I use it for messaging so the windows hardly change position. I don't know about you, but I find screen savers extremely irritating. especially with this web 2.0. You're sitting there watching a lovely film on 'stage 6' when suddenly boom your screen savers loading up. lol...
